Rules of Participation

• PANC's Vendor Referral Program (VRP) is for the use and benefit of PANC members
• A member must have used the vendor or business in the last 36 month period in order to recommend them
• A vendor or business may be referred in one of two ways:
  • Cut, paste, complete and email the Vendor Referral Form to vendorreferral@potomacnewcomers.com
  • Print, complete and mail the Vendor Referral Form to Barbara Gargano, 215 Blaze Climber Way, Rockville, MD 20850.

• Your name will NOT appear on the web page with the referral. The only time your name will be revealed is if a fellow club member, who may wish to talk to you about the vendor, requests your name from the Vendor Referral Coordinators.
• Business names remain in the VRP database for three years after a member makes a recommendation
• Please recommend your favorite business even if it is already in our database. Duplicate referrals indicate a vendor who is doing things right and extends the time a business will remain on the list
• Please do NOT refer a business in which you have a financial interest or familial relationship
