Businesses and independent contractors offered in this program have all been contributed by at least one PANC member for their workmenship or lack thereof in the past three years. Before using any business consider the following:

Proof Of Insurance

• State
• Local

Proof Of Licenses

• General Liability
• Personal Liability

Quality Assurance

• All required job permits should be obtained and reviewed
• Work performed must comply with state and local regulations, codes or standards
• Contractors must obtain appropriate classifications for the work performed

Please note that a vendor's presence in PANC's Vendor Referral database is not a guarantee of good service or a quality work product. PANC recommends all members research a business in the following ways:
